• To abide by Social Distancing Recommendations:

  • Drivers will resume leaving slips at houses, if that was your usual billing/receipt of delivery process.

  • "Tank checks" for new or reactivated customers will be based on tank location, driver comfort and
    "Pennsylvania Covid-19 Reopening Phases."  Please contact the office.  We will help you the best we can. 

  • Whenever possible please make payments over the phone with office, online or via mail. 
    We understand that may not always be possible, and if you ABSOLUTELY need to leave payment, PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS SAFELY SECURED OUTSIDE IN ADVANCE.​

Firmstone's New Staff Procedures
 

• WE ARE STILL HERE, Our office is open to the public.  IF YOU ARE VACCINATED, masks are not required.

• Our drivers have cleaners, wipes, gloves and sanitizer in their trucks, which they are using during or between stops.

• We are cleaning our offices during and at the end of everyday to keep exposure to a minimum.

• We have sent home any personnel who qualify as "high risk" to keep them as safe and healthy as possible
